Head of Sports Events Management

Vacancy: Academy Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Academy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our academy, manage the Roku Super League, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all academy administration, ensuring programs are well-organized and run smoothly.
  • Coordinate schedules, events, and activities with coaches and staff.
  • Manage Roku Super League operations, including scheduling, logistics, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and feedback.
  • Maintain a secure and efficient filing system for academy documents.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sports Management, Business Administration).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in academy or sports management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in event coordination and document management is a plus.

Administration role

Vacancy: Administrative & Customer Relations Manager

We are seeking a proactive Administrative & Customer Relations Manager to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and customer management for Roku Sports SA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including organizing schedules, files, and records.
  • Prepare and manage reports, correspondence, and documents for internal and external communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communication between relevant parties.
  • Track customer engagement, registrations, and participation, maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions to ensure positive experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing and archiving systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and organization.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in administrative or customer relationship management is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems and document management.
