We at Roku Sports SA PTY LTD (RSSA) are a SA based sports equipment distributor would like to offer you a Silver Sponsorship. This gives you, the player, a 30% discount on all products available for sale from Roku Sports SA PTY LTD.
THE OFFER IS AS FOLLOWS:
RSSA would like you to offer you the Silver Sponsorship, this includes the following:
- 1 x Stick of your choice from our range
- 1x Backpack
- 1X (one) protective glove.
- 1x Shin pads
- 1x Chamois Grip
Some items will be provided within a set time frame if not in stock.
(This contract runs for 12 months from date of signature).
PLAYER REQUIREMENTS:
We expect the following requirements from all sponsored players:
- To promote our products at all games, training games and club training.
- To use our products provided in official, un-official including friendly games and competitive games.
- No other product or brand can be used while sponsored which directly conflicts the above list of products provided.
- To promote all products in photo opportunities – including press, media and club pictures.
- To promote and insert Roku Sports SA handles in social media BIO Headers (Instagram, facebook and/or Twitter).
- To post at least 1 photo per week linked directly to Roku Sports SA and to share all Roku Sports SA social media posts.
TERMINATION
Termination will only come into force if any of the “PLAYER REQUIREMENTS” are not met.
There will be a 6-month break clause also from the date of signature which will allow both parties to terminate this agreement if not satisfied by giving a 14-day notice via email or letter.
