INTRODUCTION:
We at Roku Sports SA PTY LTD (RSSA) are a SA based sports equipment distributor would like to offer you an agency role. This gives you, the agent, a 15% commission on all products sold by you.
THE OFFER Includes the following products @35% discount for the ambassador:
- Stick(s)
- Shinpads
- Bags
- Gloves
- Hockey balls
AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS:
We expect the following requirements from all ambassadors:
- To promote our products at all games, training games and club training.
- To use our products provided in official, un-official including friendly games and competitive games.
- No other product or brand can be used while sponsored which directly conflicts the above list of products provided.
- To promote all products in photo opportunities – including press, media and club pictures.
- To sign up to the ambassador affiliate link, and to sell products through the link. This
allows for us to track the total sales.
*Please note that player requirements are subject to change should it be required which can either benefit both the brand and the ambassador but will be discussed in advance.
COMMISSIONS:
All agents will be given an agency code and an affiliate link for us to track their sales. All payments should be made directly to Roku Sports only. The agency payment will be processed monthly.
TERMINATION
Termination will only come into force if any of the “AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS” are not met.
There will be a 6-month break clause also from the date of signature which will allow both parties to terminate this agreement if not satisfied by giving a 14-day notice via email or letter.
